Names of registered practitioners which are different from the name registered with the Allied Health Professions Council

AHPs are also required to inform the Registrar in writing of any change in their names within 28 days after such change.

The Allied Health Professions Council would like to remind all Allied Health Professionals to display the name as registered with AHPC for their cards, stationery, signboard and other collaterals used in their practice so that members of the public can verify the AHP’s registration with AHPC. AHPs are also required to inform the Registrar in writing of any change in their names within 28 days after such change.
